Starting today, all of that can be done from your own phone. The SIPANDAI parent portal of PPTQ Ibrahim has two new tools in its Tools menu: Photo Editing & Design and PDF Conversion. They are the same tools used by the school's teachers and staff, and both work without uploading photos or documents to the server.

What Is New in the SIPANDAI Parent Portal?
From the start, the parent portal was designed to keep parents close to their children even when they are far apart. Memorization, congregational prayer, discipline, health, leave, payments, and memorization certificates can all be followed from a phone. This update adds one thing parents often find troublesome: paperwork.
- Photo Editing & Design: change a passport photo background in one click (red, blue, white, or another color), correct colors, crop to passport size, download print-ready 2×3, 3×4, or 4×6 cm photos, and create greeting cards and posters.
- Studio (Layers) inside Photo Editing, for more detailed edits: selections, layers, transformations, and retouching as in professional photo editors.
- PDF Conversion: PDF to Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, PowerPoint, and back, including combining several document photos into one PDF.

How to Open the New Tools in the Parent Portal
- Open the parent portal at walisantri.ibrahim.or.id and sign in as usual (your child's NISN, your username, or your phone number).
- Tap More (Lainnya) in the bottom menu (or the ☰ button), then scroll to the Tools (Alat) section.
- Choose Photo Editing & Design or PDF Conversion.
Three steps: open the Tools menu, change the photo background, or combine document photos into a PDF.
Example: Making a Red-Background Passport Photo on Your Phone
- Photograph your child in front of a plain wall in good light, or use a photo already in your gallery.
- Open Tools → Photo Editing & Design, tap the empty area, and choose the photo.
- On the Background tab, press Remove background (one click), then tap red (or blue, as requested).
- If needed, smooth the edges of hair or headscarf with the Edge smoothness setting.
- Open the Crop tab, choose Passport 3×4, position the face, and Apply crop.
- On the Download tab, choose 3×4 cm passport photo (300 dpi) or 4R print sheet, then press Download photo.
The 4R print sheet measures 10×15 cm and holds nine 3×4 photos with cutting lines. Just take the file to the nearest photo printer. The same passport photo can also be sent straight to the committee on WhatsApp.
Example: Combining Family Card and Birth Certificate Photos into One PDF
- Photograph each page of the documents from above with your phone camera, in a bright place.
- Open Tools → PDF Conversion, tap JPG to PDF, and select all the photos at once.
- Set the order with the arrow buttons, choose the A4 page size, and press Convert now.
- Press Download. The PDF is saved in your Downloads folder, ready to send.
Photos are inserted without recompression so the text stays legible, and tilted photos are automatically turned upright.

Family cards, birth certificates, and children's photos are personal data that must be protected. That is why both tools process everything on your own phone. Photos and documents are not sent to the school's server or to any other website. The results are saved straight to your phone.
This principle matches how PPTQ Ibrahim manages student data: only authorized people can see your child's data, and public pages never show addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, or family details.

- Initial fees: building contribution Rp 7,500,000 and three sets of uniforms with accessories Rp 1,000,000 (total Rp 8,500,000).
- Monthly fee (IBS): Rp 850,000 for new students and Rp 800,000 for transfer students, meals included.
- Free bedding and furniture: bed, mattress, pillow, bolster, sheets, and wardrobe.
- New student bonus: free wash-and-fold laundry for one year.
- MTs Ibrahim graduates continuing to MA Ibrahim do not pay the building contribution again.

Do the new tools cost anything?
No. Photo Editing & Design and PDF Conversion are part of the SIPANDAI parent portal at no extra cost.
Are my child's photos uploaded to the school server?
No. Everything runs on the parent's phone and the results are saved on that phone.
My phone is an ordinary one. Will it work?
Yes, as long as the browser is reasonably up to date (Chrome or similar). The AI for background removal loads once at the start, in about 5–15 seconds. For very large PDFs, choose Standard quality.
Can parents who have not registered yet use the tools?
The tools live inside the parent portal, so they can be used once your child is officially a student and the parent account is active.
Tahfidz or tahfizh, which is correct?
Both refer to the same Arabic word (تحفيظ), meaning memorization. "Tahfizh" follows the Arabic–Latin transliteration guidelines more closely, while "tahfidz" is more common in everyday writing. PPTQ Ibrahim uses tahfizh.
