Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta (MTsS) Ibrahim is a private Islamic junior high school under the Ibrahim La Useng Foundation, established by Madrasah Establishment Charter No. 360 of 2020 from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Most of its students are also students of Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Ibrahim, so the madrasah and the pesantren move in one rhythm.
MTs Ibrahim provides Islamic education that balances religious knowledge, science, and technology. Alongside the Ministry curriculum, students build the habit of reading, memorizing, understanding, and practicing the Qur’an through tahfizh circles, daily progress records, and tasmi’ exams that parents can follow directly through SIPANDAI.
Classroom learning is active, creative, and enjoyable, suited to adolescents and the demands of the times. Literacy, technology skills, communication, and leadership are trained through projects, presentations, the student council, and extracurricular activities — sports, arts, scouting, marching, and martial arts.
A religious, disciplined, safe, and tolerant school environment helps students grow into people of faith and noble character who are independent and responsible — ready to continue to Madrasah Aliyah and contribute to society.
