Welcome Message from the Foundation Patron

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

All praise is due to Allah SWT for His abundant mercy and blessings. May peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Education is not merely about making people clever; it is about shaping human beings who have faith, good character, and knowledge, and who are able to benefit others.

On this basis, the Ibrahim La Useng Foundation was established to build an Islamic education ecosystem that is modern, adaptive, and devoted to the welfare of the ummah. Through integrated education, Qur’an memorization and reflection, character building, and the development of insight and independence, we are committed to raising a Qur’anic generation ready to face the times without losing its identity.

The Ibrahim La Useng Foundation was established by Notarial Deed of Hj. Darna Wilo, S.H., M.Kn. No. 07 dated September 21, 2015, and has been ratified by Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0014582.AH.01.04.Tahun 2015.

Looking ahead, we hope the foundation will continue to grow as an educational institution as well as a center for nurturing and empowering the community — an Islamic Centre that benefits society at large.

Profile of the Foundation Chairman

Muh. Ikhsan adalah Ketua Yayasan Ibrahim La Useng yang menaungi Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an Ibrahim, MTs Ibrahim, MA Ibrahim, dan RA Ibrahim. Ia dikenal sebagai pegiat pendidikan dan teknologi yang sejak lama berfokus pada pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kualitas generasi muda. Selain memimpin Yayasan Ibrahim La Useng, ia juga merupakan pendiri sekaligus pembina Yayasan Algoritma Visi Nusantara.

Pengalaman panjangnya di dunia pendidikan dan teknologi informasi membuatnya memahami pentingnya ruang belajar yang tidak hanya menyalurkan ilmu, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kreativitas, karakter, dan semangat berinovasi. Ia pernah memimpin beberapa yayasan pendidikan, mendirikan usaha di bidang IT, dan aktif sebagai kreator konten di YouTube yang menjadikan pendidikan sebagai pusat setiap karyanya. Ia juga berkarya di bidang arsitektur, antara lain merancang desain masjid dan pesantren, sehingga turut menghadirkan sarana pendidikan dan keagamaan yang fungsional sekaligus estetis.

Sejak masa sekolah ia terbiasa mengikuti pelatihan, praktik kejuruan, hingga kompetisi nasional di bidang teknik, yang membentuk kedisiplinan dan ketajaman berpikirnya. Bekal itu ia bawa dalam memimpin Yayasan Ibrahim La Useng sebagai wadah pendidikan modern yang memadukan nilai-nilai Qur'ani, teknologi, dan kreativitas, termasuk melalui pengembangan sistem informasi santri SIPANDAI, dengan harapan melahirkan generasi penghafal Al-Qur'an yang adaptif, cerdas, berakhlak, dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman.
